lapak Terms of Use
When you use lapak, you agree to the terms set out here. Our terms govern your account, your deposits and withdrawals, how we settle bets, and your responsibilities as a user. We update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of lapak means you accept the current version. If you disagree with any term, you must stop using lapak and close your account.
These terms apply to all users of lapak, regardless of location. However, lapak is available only where local law permits. You are responsible for verifying that our service is legal in your jurisdiction before opening an account. If you open an account in a restricted jurisdiction, we may suspend or close it without notice.
This page explains your rights and responsibilities on lapak, how we handle disputes, and what happens if you violate our terms. Please read carefully.
Account opening and eligibility on lapak
To open a lapak account, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and able to enter into binding agreements. You must provide accurate information during registration. False names, impersonation, or identity fraud will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of your balance.
You may open only one account per person. If we discover multiple accounts registered to the same person, email, phone number, or payment method, we will close all of them and withhold any balance. Duplicate accounts are used to abuse bonuses, manipulate odds, or commit fraud — we do not tolerate them.
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You cannot sell your account, share your password, or let someone else access it. If your account is compromised, you must notify us immediately. We are not responsible for unauthorized activity if you failed to protect your password.
When you open a lapak account, you agree to our jurisdiction notice: our services are available only where local law permits. You represent that you are in a supported jurisdiction and that online gaming is legal where you are located. If you are in a restricted jurisdiction, you must not use lapak. We reserve the right to verify your location and suspend your account if we believe you are accessing lapak from a restricted region.
Identity verification is mandatory on lapak
Before you can withdraw funds, we require you to upload your KTP or passport and a selfie. This is not optional. False or forged documents will result in permanent account closure.
Deposits, withdrawals, and our lapak payment policy
We accept deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Deposits are non-refundable once processed — you cannot request a refund for a deposit. When you deposit, your funds become your lapak balance. You alone control how that balance is used.
We do not charge deposit fees. We do not hold your funds longer than necessary. Deposits via e-wallet complete instantly. Bank transfers typically complete within 1-2 hours during business hours. Outside business hours, transfers may take until the next business day.
To withdraw funds, you must request a withdrawal through your account. We will verify that your account is fully verified (KYC complete), that your balance covers the withdrawal amount, and that your destination payment method is registered to you. Once verified, we process your withdrawal to the registered payment method. We do not process withdrawals to methods different from your registration, and we do not process cash withdrawals or third-party transfers.
Withdrawal review is mandatory. We do not publish a fixed withdrawal time because banking delays and verification queue length vary. Once your withdrawal is approved, funds are routed to your registered payment method. E-wallet withdrawals typically appear within a few hours. Bank transfers typically appear within 1-2 business days. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method details are correct — if a withdrawal is sent to the wrong account due to your error, we cannot retrieve it.
We reserve the right to limit withdrawal amounts, require additional verification for large withdrawals, or flag suspicious withdrawal patterns. These measures protect both you and our platform against fraud.
Bets, odds, and settlement on lapak
When you place a bet on lapak, you are wagering your own money. Your stake is deducted from your balance immediately. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled except in cases where we close the market (e.g., if a match is postponed). If your bet is cancelled, your stake is returned to your balance.
Odds are set by our analytics team and may change before your bet is placed. You see the odds at the moment you confirm your bet — those are the odds that apply to your wager. If you place a bet and then odds change, the original odds stand.
Bets are settled based on official results. For football matches, we use the final official score from the relevant league or tournament. If a match is abandoned or declared void by the governing body, all bets on that match are cancelled and stakes returned. If a match is postponed, your bet remains active until the match is rescheduled and played.
For live-dealer games, bets are settled based on the dealer's hand or the wheel result as streamed. For slots, bets are settled based on the random number generator outcome. All settlements are instant — they appear in your account within moments.
If you believe a bet was settled incorrectly, contact our support team with the match details or game details. We have records of every bet and can investigate. We settle disputes based on documented evidence — official league results, video footage, or game logs.
- Market closure
- We may close a betting market if a match is cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or circumstances change that make the market invalid.
- Voided bet
- A bet that is cancelled by us due to market closure, official result change, or rule violation. Your stake is returned to your balance.
- Winning bet
- A bet where your prediction matches the official result. Your payout (stake plus winnings) is credited to your balance.
- Losing bet
- A bet where your prediction does not match the official result. Your stake is forfeited and not returned.
Bonuses and promotions on lapak
From time to time, we may offer bonuses, free spins, or promotions. Any bonus terms are displayed clearly when the bonus is offered. You must accept the bonus terms to claim it. Bonuses are subject to conditions — for example, wagering requirements, game category restrictions, or expiry dates.
Bonuses are not cash. If you receive a welcome bonus of free spins, those spins are for a specific game and expire after a set date. You cannot convert a bonus directly to cash — you must meet any wagering requirement first by playing the designated games.
We reserve the right to withdraw a bonus if we believe you are abusing it — for example, by opening multiple accounts, accepting the same bonus twice, or using the bonus to circumvent our terms. Bonus abuse may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance.
Prohibited conduct and account suspension
We prohibit the following conduct on lapak:
- Multiple accounts per person or coordinated accounts across users.
- Identity fraud, impersonation, or false documentation.
- Fraudulent deposits or payment reversals.
- Bonus abuse or manipulation of odds.
- Hacking, scraping, or automated access to lapak systems.
- Harassment of our staff or other users.
- Use of lapak from a jurisdiction where it is prohibited by law.
- Collusion with other users to manipulate market outcomes.
If we discover any prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to suspend or close your account immediately. Any balance in a closed account may be forfeited. We may also report suspected fraud or illegal activity to relevant authorities.
We enforce our terms strictly
Violation of these terms may result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and referral to authorities. We do not make exceptions, and we do not refund balances in closed accounts.
Dispute resolution and your recourse on lapak
If you have a dispute with lapak, contact our support team first. Provide details of your account, the specific issue, and any supporting evidence. We will investigate and respond within a standard service window.
If our investigation supports your claim, we will make it right — refunding a wrongly settled bet, restoring a closed account, or crediting your balance as appropriate. If our investigation does not support your claim, we will explain our decision in detail.
Our decision is final. We do not offer escalation beyond our support team's investigation. If you are dissatisfied with our decision, you may attempt to resolve the dispute through your local consumer protection authorities or pursue legal action in your jurisdiction — but you agree that lapak's terms, not your local law, govern the dispute.
Our liability and your indemnity
lapak operates "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not guarantee that odds are accurate or that bets will settle as expected (though we make every effort to ensure they do). You use lapak at your own risk.
We are not liable for losses, missed opportunities, or damages resulting from use of lapak, unless directly caused by our gross negligence or fraud. We are not liable for technical failures, internet outages, payment processor delays, or third-party conduct.
You agree to indemnify us — meaning you accept responsibility for any claims brought against lapak because of your conduct. If you violate these terms and lapak is sued as a result, you agree to cover our costs and damages.
Changes to lapak terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately when posted. Your continued use of lapak after a change means you accept the new terms. If you disagree with a change, you must close your account.
Final statement on lapak
These terms are binding and enforceable. By using lapak, you agree to all of them. We take these terms seriously and enforce them consistently. Your account, your balance, and your ability to use lapak depend on your compliance.
If you have questions about these terms, contact our support team. They are available in English and can clarify any provision. Do not proceed with using lapak if you do not agree to these terms.
Additional lapak policies and commitments
Beyond the terms above, we make the following commitments to our users:
Data security: We encrypt your personal information and store it securely. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing. We comply with data protection requirements in our operating jurisdiction.
Fraud prevention: We monitor for fraudulent activity, multiple accounts, and abuse. We use automated systems and manual review to detect suspicious patterns. Our goal is to keep lapak safe for legitimate users.
Support availability: Our English-language support team is available to assist with account issues, payment questions, bet settlements, and general inquiries. We aim to respond within a standard service window, though response times may vary during high-traffic periods.
Jurisdiction notice: lapak services are available only where local law permits. It is your responsibility to verify that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction before opening an account. If you access lapak from a restricted jurisdiction, we reserve the right to suspend or close your account.
These terms, combined with our privacy policy and legal noticeform the complete agreement between you and lapak. If any term is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect.
